Dear Avani, Thank you for your feedback - our coffee is still from same premium, specialist roasters in Central London. We will definitely investigate this further with them. Our pastries are delivered fresh daily and can be warmed up at your request, or enjoyed as is. If warmed up, they are done so in commercial equipment ensuring they are fluffy and warm, placed into a heat proof bag to ensure they stay hot for you. However, if left in the bag for a long duration with no air, they can become soggy - therefore its advised to have them as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you again very soon!
