Found this food truck establishment at Kimmswick Strawberry Festival. Owner was friendly and personable along with professional. Him and his team were all friendly and good to chat with at the time since they weren’t too busy. Enjoyed some amazing wagyu brisket and smoked pork. While conversing and picking the brain of owner. They have certainly put their personal spin on their meats and I’d eat this again and again if we’re from the area. Great job and thank you for being appreciative to your customers and willing to build relationships with others. Customer service means so much and a lot of vendors, companies, businesses fail to meet that bar day to day. Great experience and try them out ya’ll! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place deserves the 5 star rating. I can't seem to wrap my brain around how good it is. I had the pulled pork with the Shanghai potato salad. Customer service was outstanding too. The workers/owner must truly love what they do. I will be watching for this food truck from now on. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great brisket with a rich, smoky flavor and a nice bark on the outside. The meat was tender and juicy without falling apart, which is exactly how brisket should be. Portions were generous, and it paired well with the classic BBQ sides that Macis Prime BBQ offers! Many positive experiences I have had eating the different options on this menu.
