Danny, I hear you and completely understand the frustration. Planning to order and then finding our online menu closed is not a great experience. On busy days (especially Fridays) we sometimes close online ordering once the kitchen reaches production capacity. That's the only way we can maintain food quality and timing for the orders already in queue. It’s never our intention to create confusion, and we’re working on making those cutoff times clearer in real time so customers aren’t caught off guard. I do appreciate you pointing out that the food itself was good. That consistency is something we care deeply about. We also appreciate you pointing out the photo clarification. Much of our work is corporate catering and events, so some photos do reflect those setups rather than our everyday dining space.
