This place has the best food, hands down. Authentic flavors. Very friendly staff. It was so good, we had to visit on back to back days. My wife and I have been to many different Indian restaurants, but neither of us can recall having food this good! The food was served hot and fresh.Parathas are very flakey like they should be. Dosas are crispy. Uthapams are fluffy. The mango lassi was sweet and refreshing. The gobi manchurian was full of flavor. And the South Indian thali brought my wife straight back to India. The Gulab Jamun was the best we have ever had in the USA. The best thing of all was seeing the smile of my wife’s face. Can’t wait to visit the area again in the future so we can eat here again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

OMG, this was so good! Authentic Southern Indian food. Of course, I had to ask what everything was on the menu and asked for recommendations. Our server was very knowledgeable and we took her recommendations and were DELIGHTED with her choices. Yum! I can’t wait to go back. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: Try the sample platter is you’re not familiar with Indian food and ask the server for recommendations.

Had a great experience at Madras Cafe in Appleton! The food was really good — we ordered the mini tiffin thali and the karam dosa, and both were delicious and full of authentic flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the name of the lady who served us, but she was amazing — very attentive, friendly, and did a great job overall. Definitely looking forward to coming back! Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
