I went there years ago with my cousin it was good. I got the Tom yum soup today with shrimp. There is only 5 small shrimp inside. It was mostly broth not that many vegetables at all. Oh well it still had a great taste. Just not worth paying extra for the shrimp. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Spring Roll, Super Crab Fried Rice

While I was visiting an older former friend, he and myself are no longer friends, who lived near Alberta Street in Northeast Portland, Oregon... I suggested that he and myself go for a meal nearby. When we walked in to Mae Ploy Thai Cuisine I knew right away that I was going to order the Massaman Curry dish. I ordered an Iced Thai Tea to drink with it. As I was breaking up with this former friend on this afternoon... I decided that it should be in Public... you know, in case he decided to make a scene. The server did everything correct. And in no time, I was enjoying a parting gift from my former friend, he bought me a small bowl at Saturday Market... for some reason unbeknownst to me. Maybe, he gave me that parting gift because my Birthday was soon approaching later that month. Also, I recommend if you are breaking up with a friend to arrive earlier than your friend to scope Mae Ploy out... in case you need an " Exit Strategy. " Also, there is parking on some of the nearby streets... but, I suggest that you get a Taxicab... here... because when there is no available street parking you could driving around for nearly thirty minutes looking for a spot out front. I've seen this before, especially on Northeast Alberta Street. Best Massaman Curry I've had in decades when dining at any Thai Foods Restaurant. Also, the Iced Thai Tea was ON POINT!
