I would like to thank the manager Nino at Maestro Pizza – Dammam Road branch for his excellent service and professionalism. My order was delayed for more than an hour even though it was supposed to be delivered, and I had to go to the branch to pick it up myself. When I arrived, Manager Nino handled the situation very respectfully and professionally. As a gesture of appreciation for the delay, he kindly offered me a large pizza. His attitude and the way he dealt with the situation truly reflect great customer service and care for customers. Thank you, Nino, for turning an inconvenient situation into a positive experience.
