Had the best hot chocolate since landing in Australia. Served by a lovely lady called Lou. Thoroughly recommend this cafe before you board your plane! Meal type: Other Price per person: $60–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Coffee great. Service very poor, today. The lady behind the counter seemed to not enjoy her day... Her whole demeanour was 'off'. No smile, short sentences, hardly any eye contact. Order a long black with dash of milk. Get a long black. Go back for some milk. "You didn't order that". "I sure did, and would love a dash of milk, please". "Well, I didn't hear that". Takes the lid off, literally splashes some milk in my cup from a bottle (milk splatters around everywhere), turns around, ... and am left to it. No parting words. No eye contact. Nothing. Not sure what was going on for her, that day. Coffee itself was great, though, so that lingers. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
