Dear Deborah,We're very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.After speaking with you, we accepted that the pizza sent was incorrect and immediately offered to make and deliver the correct pizza. When you requested a refund instead, we agreed without any argument and explained that refunds usually take up to 3 working days to be processed, depending on the payment provider.We sincerely apologise for the mistake with your order. However, we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding during the phone call, as it was never our intention to be rude or disrespectful.We value every customer and always try to resolve issues fairly.
