The food is good, and the steamed whitebait egg is truly impressive. However, the wagyu beef brisket was a bit disappointing. During dessert, the cutlery was also frozen. The service was not very good. There was no one at the door to greet us. Tea refills were intermittent. I expected better service in a four-star hotel. The environment is really nice.
