Nothing to say, everything was there to have an excellent evening. A refined and typical cuisine with delicate notes of spices. A friendly “good-natured” service made of smiles and thoughtfulness. The chef cooks fresh products prepared directly, bringing his personal touch to the multiple flavors of his native Punjab. The samosas, the chicken tikka massala were delicious, the Vindaloo lacked a little character but we will know that next time, we will ask for it more "full-bodied" Would I go back? Oh yes. Good Indian restaurant located in Charleroi; The Maharaja Indian, at rue de Mons 31 in 6000 Charleroi. We opted for a discovery menu which included a starter. Favorite for their chicken tikka masala and their “mango lassi” drink which were delicious For lovers of spicy cuisine, you will be won over. The spice level of the dishes is completely adaptable.
