Ordered Methi Malai Matar, Garlic Naan and Sweet Lassi through uber eats, but received Butter Chicken and Plain Naan. As a vegetarian, receiving a non-vegetarian dish is a serious mistake and completely spoiled the meal. The sweet lassi, priced at $5, was served in an extremely small quantity, barely a quarter cup. The raita was also of very poor quality. Since I could not eat the curry delivered, I was left with only rice and raita for dinner. Very disappointing experience. The restaurant needs much better order verification and quality control. Not recommended based on this experience. I had the pleasure of dining at maharaja cuisine of India today, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with vibrant decor that transported me to the streets of India. The service was top-notch - our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and made excellent recommendations. But the real star of the show was the food. Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece. The flavors were bold, complex, and perfectly balanced. The goat curry was tender, juicy, and exploded with flavor in every bite. The butter chicken was creamy, rich, and utterly delicious. And the naan bread? Freshly baked, fluffy, and addictive. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and care that clearly went into every aspect of the meal. From the presentation to the portion sizes, everything was thoughtfully considered. If you're a fan of Indian cuisine, or just looking to try something new, Maharaja cuisine of India Seattle is an absolute must-visit. I'll be back again and again!
