Se comenta que aquí el personal es amable. Su abnegado servicio es siempre un placer. Aquí vas a pagar unos precios razonables. Tienes garantizada una festiva atmósfera en este club. Pero un gran número de usuarios que usan Google no le dieron a Mai Rabo Hotel una nota muy alta.

It's an okay place for the location it is. Atmosphere is so noisy because of the people that are doing nothing and just hanging around the reception, door way and bar. Service is just there. Sometimes they are okay and sometimes it's not. Food is terrible, they could do better. Price per person: ₦30,000–40,000

While the room i stayed looked commendably neat and good the service from the kitchen service was traumatic and horrible and their health standard is very low! I stayed in room 139 on 22nd June 2026 night and in the morning I called the kitchen to get hot water for drinking as my morning therapy. I was expecting hot water in a jug and a tea cup but to my greatest surprise a lady from the kitchen showed up with a bottle of water inside a red disposable cup. They had heated the PLASTIC BOTTLE in a microwave and brought for me to drink! Infact because of the heat the bottle could not stand and that was why she put it in a disposable cup. I told the lady that such is not acceptable as it is dangerous health wise to heat plastic in microwave. I told her I will pay for the bottle water but she should go and turn another bottle water in a pot, boil and bring to me. This girl literally snapped at me like I want to stress her or something and that was when I got pissed and threw the bottle out on the walkway and warned her not to come serve my room again. I further went downstairs and reported to the lady in the front office who said she will let the manager know. A few minutes later the front office lady called and explained to me that they don't usually serve tea at the hotel and that was why the girl did what she did so I said it was fine. Little did I know things were about to get worse! Because I always drink warm water 1st thing in the morning I called the restaurant again and a lady picked up. I asked her to give me room temperature bottle water so I can manage that one. Only for the lady to raise her voice at me saying "sebi they brought me water and I threw it away ". At this point I realized I was not speaking with the lady from before and so I asked if I could know who I'm speaking with. Her exact words to me were "how would you know who you are speaking with". I Was shocked at how low they could go with customer service and I definitely did not pay to be disrespected so I went down to the kitchen and asked to see who took my call. The woman (likely the head of the kitchen) who took the call told me that the person had left but I recognized from her voice that she took my call and I scolded her very well for responding that way only for herself and her kitchen staff to attack me and one of her male staff was even threatening me until my colleagues and people in the hotel came arround and I explained what happened and then they started telling them that it is very wrong to heat a rubber bottle water and give someone to drink. Commendably the security man on duty knew better what customer service is and simply apologized for everything but not the girl, her madam and her colleagues saw fit to tender an apology or even realize their error. I simply took my things and checked out. To the management of that hotel I strongly recommend you change hands in your kitchen and if you ever lodge in mairabo hotel please know that the kitchen health standard is low and the staff especially can disrespect you at any moment.
