Visite Cincinnati por trabajo y al único sitio de diversión que pude visitar fue éste. La verdad me gustó mucho. Éramos un grupo grande y la pasamos super genial. Instalaciones en muy buen estado, variedad de maquinas y juegos, me encantó el bowling y la ruta extrema. Mi hijo disfruto y cambio varios premios. Rica comida y cócteles.

There are several things to be warned of if you go here. - First, if you have a time-based card or promotional credit for the arcade, you are NOT able to earn points for prizes. This is NOT made clear by any worker or signage at the front desk, only in the fine fine print online, so you can imagine how difficult it was to explain to kids that their hour of hitting jackpots was for nothing. The machines say, "Tickets will not be awarded," but this is very deceptive since the terminology used in the store and on the machines is points, not tickets, so you can easily think this was referring to how the older machines still have ticket dispensers that are no longer in use. The front desk staff offered us additional playing time, which was appreciated, but this does not change the lack of upfront transparency. Some of the machines like Skee Ball were also in rough shape, and others like the two older air hockey tables were downright flithy. - The gravity ropes course is very good with some challenging elements, but for fathers who want to go up with their kids, you should be warned that the harnesses are not made with men in mind as they may be very uncomfortable on the groin. - The bowling is standard bowling with some generic special options, but there is still much better value nearby at standard bowling alleys like Northwest. - The portions at the restraunt were big, but the food was very mediocre, including the chicken tenders, which were very overcooked. - There were also moments inside where I caught a whiff of weed, and I am not sure if that was among the staff or clientele. Overall, even on a weekday when prices are lower, this is simply not worth the value, and there is some very deceptive practices going on with the promotional credit system at the arcade. Our team had an amazing retreat at Main Event West Chester! Everything was well organized, and the venue was perfect for both team building and having fun. A special thank you to Jack Prince, who was an outstanding host. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure our group had everything we needed throughout the day. His excellent customer service helped make our retreat a great experience. We truly appreciate all the hard work and hospitality. We look forward to coming back for another team event!
