Had an amazing time at Main Event! The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of games and activities for all ages. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. Great place for family outings, date nights, or hanging out with friends. We’ll definitely be back! Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went with my girlfriends and the kids. Great adult/kid date night! Boys ran around playing games while we sat and ate, drank, and bowled :) Never once worried about the kids (12-16) getting into any trouble. We went on a Wednesday and it wasn’t crowded, but not empty either. Good in between size of crowd. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I want to say thank you so much to the team at Main Event Lexington, especially a wonderful employee named Dealia. Her customer service was truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a very long time. Today was a particularly hard day for both my son and me. We had each been going through our own personal challenges, so we decided to spend some one-on-one time together bowling, playing games, and just talking. When you walk into a place hoping for a little joy and connection, being greeted with warmth, kindness, and a genuine smile makes such a difference. Dealia went above and beyond to help us every time we needed anything. There wasn’t a single moment where we asked for help and she wasn’t willing or ready to assist us. Because of her kindness and the welcoming environment, what started as a difficult day turned into something really special. My son walked out of there with a smile on his face, and that meant the world to me. Everyone there was great, but Dealia truly made the experience unforgettable. You never know what someone might be going through, and the way she treated us made a real impact. Thank you for turning our day around. It meant more than you know!!
