It felt like a classy restaurant with a luxurious lounge vibe. The shisha area, on the other hand, had a more casual atmosphere where you can enjoy watching sports on a big screen. The seafood pasta was slightly spicy and the squid and shrimp were fresh and tasty. The grilled chicken was the perfect portion and easy to eat. The Moroccan staff Ms. Salwa and Indonesian staff were super friendly and easy to talk to, we ended up chatting a lot! Service was quick and overall, I was really satisfied. Title: Great Vibes & Service at Majlis I’ve been coming to the Grand Hyatt Doha and Majlis for a long time, and I know the team here pretty well. Recently I noticed a new face on the floor — Fauzia — and I have to say, she’s been a fantastic addition. She has this friendly, approachable energy that makes the whole dining experience feel effortless. Always attentive, quick to notice when something’s needed, and she does it all with a genuine smile. Even when the restaurant is buzzing, she keeps the same calm and welcoming vibe. It’s small details like this that make Majlis feel more like a home than just a restaurant.
