This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, making it picture-perfect, just like the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the beautiful setting. We arrived with a group of six on a Sunday at 7:00 p.m. Our drinks didn't arrive until around 8:00 p.m.—at the same time as our food. Waiting an hour for drinks at a high-end restaurant was very disappointing. When I mentioned to the manager that we had been there for an hour without receiving our drinks, she corrected me and said we had "only" been waiting ten minutes. Moments later, the drinks arrived. She then came to our table, introduced herself as the manager, and apologized for the delay. Unfortunately, the apology felt disingenuous, and her demeanor—including an unfriendly stare directed at me—made the interaction feel more confrontational than genuinely concerned about our experience. The restaurant itself is stunning, but the lengthy wait and the way the situation was handled took away from what should have been a special dining experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Maker Bar & Dining exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, stylish, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel valued throughout our visit; first few rounds started at the bar and we ended up moving to a much more comfortable table with dim lighting in the dining area (shoutout Letty & Lacey!!!) The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared to perfection, and you can tell they take pride in both quality and service. The drinks were just as impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. What truly sets Maker Bar & Dining apart is the overall experience. Great food, excellent service, and an inviting atmosphere make it a place you’ll want to return to again and again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
