This was a surprise, I hoped it would be good but it’s was so much nicer than expected. This is now my wife’s favourite ramen place. My only criticism is that the egg wasn’t marinated, it was just a plain egg. Ps, second visit, my wife has the rainbow sushi. She said it’s the best sushi she’s had in ages Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Takoyaki, Chicken Ramen, Karaage Chicken, Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, Rainbow Roll, Chicken Yakisoba

First time here for our 1st year anniversary and very happy with everything. They listened to our booking requests and made us feel welcomed. Food came exceptionally fast with great service. Food was delicious and the ramen bowls are very big. There is service charge applied to your bill but the good service makes up for it. FYI, everything is on level ground floor and the toilets are unisex cubicles so suitable for disabled. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Have been waiting for Maki & Ramen to open in Manchester for ages and I can say they serve the BEST Japanese sushi and ramen I’ve ever had in Manchester! LOVE the vibe at the restaurant as well. 10/10 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
