Went to Mama J's Homestyle for the first time today, and we will return! You do wait longer than you would at a chain restaurant, but that is because what you order is being made specifically for you and not just taken off the shelf and heated up. The prices are better than chain restaurants as well, quality is superior and the portions are larger too. I put Mama J to test today by ordering Chicken & Waffles (and more), I didn't think she could do it but I like Mama J's Chicken & Waffles more than the ones I would get from Gladys Knight's Signature Chicken & Waffles in Atlanta.
