My daughter and I visited Mamacita's restaurant on Friday February 26th 2021. It was our first time there and we celebrated my 57th birthday. We called ahead to find out how long the wait would be and we were quoted 45 minutes. We were a little discouraged by the wait time but decided to go ahead and go. The outside of the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous! I took a couple pictures and I also took a picture of the water stream that runs in front of the restaurant, all lit up by beautiful lights. We walked in the doors and we were like wow how beautiful, how authentic, made us feel like we were in Mexico . We totally young ladies that welcomed us in that we were a party of two and again were quoted a 45 minute wait time. I asked if there was an open table or spot at the bar for the two of us to sit to have dinner. We were told that we could absolutely sit in the bar area if that's what we would like to do and lo and behold there was a table available! Absolutely no wait time for the two of us which made us very very happy!! We were greeted right away by our server, she was wonderful and I feel terrible that I do not remember her name. The chips and dip and salsa were absolutely delicious! My daughter and I both ordered a margarita and both were absolutely delicious! My daughter ordered a three chicken taco beans and rice plate and I ordered the chimichanga beans and rice plate and both were fabulous! The ambiance was fun, relaxing, and extremely welcoming. My daughter's bill was surprisingly inexpensive for us! We will definitely be going back to Mamacita's restaurant in the near future!!!!!
