The food was good, but there were cleanliness issues. There was residue on the cup, so I asked for a replacement, and the new one had an ant on it — even though we were seated indoors. The atmosphere was stylish and trendy, and the food itself was tasty. However, compared to the amount of hummus, there wasn’t enough pita. You can order extra, but considering the portion size, one pita didn’t feel like enough. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Mami is an absolute standout! Every single dish is fantastic, no misses. First of all, major appreciation for serving Coke Zero (it matters!). The fries are unreal; think elevated McDonald’s fries: perfectly crisp, addictive, and impossible to stop eating. The burger (must be ordered rare with cheese) is easily in my top three favorite burgers of all time. It’s that good. The steak frites are excellent, cooked beautifully and deeply satisfying. The arais are absolutely perfect, and the falafel balls are outstanding; crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The salads deserve special attention. The fattoush is the clear standout; so creative, fresh, and memorable. And whatever she does to that labneh it’s truly mouthwatering. The Caesar salad and Caesar wraps are also delicious and executed flawlessly. If I had one tiny wish, it would be for a dessert menu with a few lighter, less-sweet options. I personally love Asian-style desserts with more subtle sweetness and fun flavors; something like black sesame. A black sesame halva sundae would be absolutely perfect and would fit beautifully with the rest of the menu. Overall, Mami is exceptional—thoughtful, delicious food across the board, done at a seriously high level. A must-visit, and a place we keep coming back to.
