=8-8-26=. I was standing in the Popeyes line which is right next to Pei Wei in the mall food court. As I'm waiting to order at Popeyes, I noticed an elderly woman trying to order at Pei Wei. She was asking the employee if she could get 4 meats with her entree. The employee (I could not see what her name plate said at the distance I was standing) adamantly said "no, you can only choose 2 or 3 meats with your entre". The elderly woman asked why, and the employee continued to adamantly say "no, you can only choose 2 or 3 meats with your entree". The employee didn't even ask the elderly woman if she was okay with paying extra for the extra meats. She continued to be adamant in saying "no, you can only choose 2 or 3 meats with your entree". The elderly woman was frustrated and walked away. The employee lost a customer over being adamant about choosing 2 or 3 meats with an entree vs. working with the elderly woman. I found this interaction disheartening and I won't give Pei Wei Asian Express my business again after witnessing that reaction. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s a mall food court so there’s your atmosphere. The food was good. The price was outstanding. I understand some of the reviews about customers being asked to order the third item. I was asked AND thank you because it is only an additional dollar. A three item meal is a lot of food. Added. Photo. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
