I am extremely disappointed. My boyfriend and I ate here yesterday. I was the one who ordered the food, while he reserved our seats. However, a male crew member asked him to leave the seat and demanded a reservation number. My boyfriend had no choice but to leave because he could not present a number. Even before I was able to place my order, I already felt irritated. In addition, the food service is very slow. The last time I ate here with my family, it took almost one hour. When my mother asked the crew about our order, we found out that our food had not yet been served and was only about to be prepared. I hope you can improve your food service and also the way your crew treat customers. We understand that your staff are tired from work, but we hope they can still learn to approach and communicate with customers properly and respectfully. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’m disappointed with how Mang Inasal staff handled a senior citizen’s concerns during our visit. Seniors deserve patience, respect, and proper assistance, as stated in our laws and basic human decency. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their team to be more attentive and compassionate toward elderly customers. #RespectOurSeniors #DoBetterMangInasal Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
