We stopped here for Dinner before going back to Manila.. ordered food sit at the table. food took long time and i understand cause it was really busy. But found out that theres no calamansi and sili available.. and the cashier didnt even mention about it before taking our orders take note not only us even the other table is looking for calamansi and sili.. not even ask if its Dine in or take out. then the food is wrapped for take out!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst Mang inasal experience! It’s really disgusting. If you look at the photos, the trays they use to serve the food are extremely dirty. There are a lot of water marks—maybe from soft drinks—and there are even calamansi seeds left on them. I also work in the food industry and I am a chef, so I cannot just let this pass. Please train the staff member who was handling the pass more properly. They should not allow trays that dirty to be used for serving food because that clearly goes against Mang Inasal’s standards. That staff member was also very stingy. Even though the chili was already right in front of them, they still refused to give any and kept giving only calamansi, as if they personally owned the company and were trying to save as much as possible. They were also being stingy with the tissues. P.S the official receipt they issued was also very unclear or blurry, which should not be allowed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
