I had a very disappointing experience at Mango Talat last night around 1 a.m. I went there with three friends for a late-night meeting. The restaurant was mostly empty, with many available tables, and we initially ordered four bottles of water. After sitting down, the manager, Mohammed, approached us in a very rude and aggressive manner and told us that we “needed to order” because “this is a restaurant.” He insisted that water was not enough and pressured us to order juices or desserts. What made the situation uncomfortable was not the policy itself, but the attitude and way we were spoken to. We were paying customers, we had already ordered, and there was no issue with space or table availability. My friends ended up ordering juices just to avoid further awkwardness, but the entire interaction left us feeling unwelcome and embarrassed. A manager should know how to speak respectfully to customers, especially when the restaurant is almost empty. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined the atmosphere for us. Meal type: Other

Had a very bad attitude experience from the alkuwair branch .( a staff tall and fair guy with brown eyes ). I went to buy a cold water there and I payed by card. He replied me, for 100bz water you came Here? This is what he responded in a rude manner and today morning 9:35AM I went to shop with 1 rial and told give me water to same staff i met before. I heared he was murmuring to the other Nepali staff about me when I enter and he told I can't give u water and I dont have change...he told now bring bank card if you want water ...this your staff is so rude...I even wanted to buy a drink for my friend and me but the way your staff responded to me I never feel to come back again!!! If this is the case, how would I suggest a customer to your shop????? I want to ask you the owner of the shop, how do you run the business even no single money or petty cash in the counter???telling no change and you will removethe customer???.is this the way your staff so rude ???? So shame sir about MANGO TALAAT!!!!..I never expected as a customer
