Placed order at 8 pm still not here by 10.30 told me an hour ago it was coming out of oven now not answering phone ..dossersss

Absolutely disgusting service we phoned a takeaway at 8:45 & its now 10:30 & still no food , we rang at 9pm to ask where our food was & we we were told it was on its way . What’s wrong with honesty if you cannot meet your orders, why not just say so & give people a chance to go elsewhere . An absolute joke of a business. The old proprietors of the premises were by far better .#embarrassing.

Ordered at 7:45. Called at 9:10 to chase the order, was told it would be another 20 minutes, it’s now 10:30 and they aren’t answering the phone! Terrible service and will not use again!!!!
