All the food is authentic and fabulous! We have purchased a variety of their food items. We love them all! Actually they are the best and they do compare to my Baba’s and mom’s. We gift our families and friends who have everything with a ring of sausage double smoked every year at Christmas and they are thankful!

Marchyshyn’s has been a feature of life for Ukrainian Canadians in Edmonton for decades. Their garlic sausage is like nothing you’ve ever tasted. It’s a reason to live. It may be the most delicious thing you’ll ever eat. I was back recently for 6 rings and the quality is as good as ever. This is food to cherish and a highlight of any trip to Edmonton for me.

I traveled from Calgary to buy 5 rings of garlic sausage. I have had this sausage over 50 years always enjoyed it. This last vist was disappointing. The sausage didn't have the usual color or flavor. It was dry and not that flavourful. I know the original owner is not producing the product. Who ever took over is missing something.! I hope they figure it out, as this use to be the best sausage on the planet!
