Hands down one of the best gluten-free bakeries I’ve ever tried. What makes it truly special is that they don’t use de-glutenized wheat at all, which is incredibly important for people with celiac disease or strict gluten intolerance. You can really feel that the focus here is on safety, quality ingredients, and doing gluten-free the right way. And the taste? Absolutely amazing. Everything is fresh, soft, and full of flavor — honestly, you’d never guess it’s gluten free. The breads, pastries, and sweets are all incredibly delicious. Finding a place that is 100% committed to proper gluten-free baking and still tastes this good is rare. Highly recommend to anyone gluten-free and to anyone who simply loves great bakery products.
