I've been eating at Marco Polo Uno for 7 years and have never been disappointed. The employees are all always friendly and ready for a little joke. The food is always excellent and worth every sin. Went to the Marco Polo Uno on Saturday evening with a group of 7: 3 school-age children and 4 adults. The food convinced me (Pizza Parma). The taste was what I expected and the portion was quite generous. The other guests have been to the Marco Polo several times. The service only gets two stars for the following reasons. First we were shown to a table with six chairs. It was then pointed out that there was a space missing. A chair was then placed there. Unfortunately this was too narrow for us and we asked for another table which we got. (Context: the restaurant was at 60% capacity, there was enough space). Since the companion had already been to the Marco Polo several times, she asked directly for the wine menu. The waiter said that this could be found on the menu. We have accepted this, knowing that this is not true. When we asked again we were given the wine list. no problem. I would be happy to train the staff better when they are hired. The ambience was modern and quite appropriately furnished: large jars with pickled foods. I definitely recommend the restaurant because the service is not as important to me as the taste, but I wanted to explain my points in a comprehensible way.
