Every time I call this location they put you on hold and never come back. Called today 2-26-24 @4:03pm held for about 8 minutes hung up called back and was told to hold and I’m still holding as I type this. Don’t believe your crew actually wants to work while on the clock. One time yea they’re busy ok I get it, but multiple times yea it’s the staff. Wonder if corporate knows how much money there missing out on, cause I’m sure I’m not the only one. SMH get rid of the kids and send them to the park to play on the swings. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As a fellow employee of Marco's pizza I was always told to check the receipt before leaving the building and making sure I had everything with me before I arrived at the customer's home. Tonight the delivery driver comes to my door and says here is your food, sign the app and in return of getting my food I asked where is my 2 liter of soda and he replied I didn't see it on the receipt and I have another delivery too attend to and I can pay you for the mistake. No you don't tell someone that you'll pay for a mistake. Man up and fix the issue. I think this is my last time ordering food from Marco's pizza, they don't seem to care.

I placed an order two months ago and did not receive the full order. I've called requesting a refund but still have not received it. If you did not get all that you ordered you would complain as well.
