They failed to deliver an order. The manager Peter said my food was ready but there was no delivery driver available because according to Peter the driver was out delivering an order that came in after mine. I was quoted 30min delivery time with an online order but had to cancel the order after no food delivered in over 1.5hrs. Peter claimed there was a 'glitch' in their system and some nonsense about a screen failure but my gut feel is they don't care about their customers. We're not able to trust this Russet Run Marco's Pizza with food now. Service: 1
