Marco's pizza wow is all i can say they are amazing! Their food is excellent and at decent prices. I will not order from another pizza place. Their customer service is amazing. Their delivery driver amazing. Like i can't even begin to tell u this store has to be family oriented because they treat their customers like family. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We used to enjoy pizzas from Marco's but after a few uncaring experiences with the employees at this location that resulted in poor quality food, we stayed away for a couple years. We recently decided to give it a try and were very pleasantly surprised. We went into the store to place our order as it was a somewhat complicated order that needed to be cooked a certain way for health reasons. We were greeted by a young man with a very positive attitude, Richard. He was not phased by the complexity of our order and cheerfully and accurately entered it in to the system. He repeated it back to be sure everything was accurate. We went to Publix to pick something up and just moments after we returned, he showed us the pizza and asked if it looked ok. We asked him to cook it just a bit more which he cheerfully did. It was an awesome pizza but, frankly, it was Richard's professional, upbeat attitude that made the experience so positive. We asked him if he was the manager and were surprised that he wasn't. He is, however, a shift leader but is definitely management material. In an age where customer service seems to be in short supply, people like Richard restore confidence in the concept. We will definitely be returning, with this being our new, go-to place for pizza. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We called today March 28th at 12:42 pm to put an order. I asked the girl “ do you have my name saved so you know my orders “ “ mmm, no..” okayWe picked it up later, came home wrong pizza. Called them, the girl that answered the phone “mmm, yeah, mm, yeah” silent.. put on hold “ I talked to the manager and he said he can give you 20% on your next order “ for real ? Awful customer services. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
