Had the opportunity to stop into Marie Gabrielle for lunch with colleagues. First off the scenery couldn't be better. You have the huge Christmas tree, shrubs, and trees placed in a extravagant manner. The tree is decorated for the holidays as well. There is plant of space for seating, both inside and out, chairs in the garden, and even life-size chess/checkers. I will definitely be coming back in the evening when all the lights are glowing! It's within one of the Harwood properties, so of course you can expect great service. The staff is inviting and will help with any request. Be sure to ask to have your food heated to your liking if you are getting the open dishes for lunch. There is plenty to choose from, including pizzas/calzones, pasta, proteins. & veggies, and personally made sandwiches. I had the chicken Alfredo, chicken breast, and Brussel spouts. These Brussel sprouts are really good, rivaling Felix Culpa or Capital Grille if you've had the dish there. All around I was very pleased.

So I came here for lunch due to me working across the street, they had some choices. I chose the grilled chick with a pasta and potato's on the side. First off I'm a big guy and the guy behind the counter serving the food gives me the smallest grilled chicken breast in the group and it looked like it was cut before this piece of chicken was the driest piece of meat if you want to call this small piece a piece it was ridiculous. I asked for another piece if he would take that one back and he didn't understand not his fault but it is. Then I get up to the counter to pay and this plate was 19 dollars plus some and this plate was so ridiculous it is the serving size I give my 4 yr old he just turned 4. So I ate the dry chicken the pasta was ok but not much flavor then the potatoes as I was eating these a big piece of paper was in them and I almost choked on this paper. I go to the lady at the register and she didn't care she just said it's what they use to separate food and no apology nothing acted like it was nothing, then I see her call the mgr and pointed at me and I know she told him and as he was walking off I caught him and let him know and all he said was sorry nothing else you first you over charge for crappy food then y'all almost choke me and sorry. I will never be back this place deserves no stars and Just because I have to give it one it kills me. Service is bad food is it for worse. Please stop going here and shut it down. This is my rant review regarding this place.
