Not a place to feel comfortable! Price performance is not right at all! Stay away from this hotel. Only the location and the view of the lake deserve a plus point! Rooms: The lake view rooms are far from a 4 star hotel and the entire complex does not deserve to be called a “resort”! The furnishings have the morbid charm of the 80s with orange carpeting, wavy plaster on the walls, worn furniture and the bathrooms are partly defective (shower door broken, moldy and gapped, flush toilet is only used for small shops) the heating is with electric heating and there is a hairdryer a joke without effect. Absolutely overpriced and a Hotel Garni has more charm! Food & drinks: Breakfast room hopelessly overcrowded, too few and totally overwhelmed, albeit friendly and helpful staff (all young people), something is always missing (cutlery, plates, cups, food is not refilled for ages), coffee machine is constantly broken and some of it has already been glued. Restaurant overpriced. Noteworthy details: The pictures of the hotel do not reflect what awaited us when we arrived. A photographer did a really good job with the right, flattering lighting conditions and finding the best angle. Who one. If you want a bathrobe for the minimini wellness area, you must pick it up at reception and bring it back there before departure. The lounge area at the pool “little” has 10 (!) places for more than 300 guests! If you want to go to the sauna, you have to register 30 minutes in advance, otherwise you'll be left out in the cold!
