I had a really disappointing experience with this kebab shop and won’t be ordering again. I ordered two large kebabs through Uber, both of which were supposed to come with chips according to the menu description — but neither order included them. When I called the shop to politely explain the issue, the man on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. He immediately said it wasn’t his problem and told me to take it up with Uber, despite the fact that the meal description clearly states chips are included. He showed no willingness to help, didn’t apologise, and actually hung up on me while I was still speaking. The customer service alone was unacceptable, but unfortunately the food itself wasn’t any better. Everything arrived cold, the kebabs were bland, and the portions were surprisingly small for the price charged. Overall, poor service, poor quality food, and not worth the money at all. I recently visited Marmaris Kebab & Pizza House, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food quality was very poor, and the place was quite dirty. The prices did not match the quality at all. In addition, the person working there, who I believe was the owner, was very aggressive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
