Visited this hotel for the afternoon tea, and had an absolutely lovely experience. Our car was valeted from the front entrance, where we were greeted and shown to the cafe by very welcoming staff. We were sat at a window with a beautiful view and comfortable seating. The tea itself was lovely, and very reasonably priced. The scones were warm and soft (I am not usually a fan of scones, but I loved these). Above all, the service was impeccable - we felt welcome and warm, and as if our every need would be happily and efficiently looked after. I wish we had booked a room here instead of our resort down the street, which has left much to be desired. Highly recommend! Service: 5
