Hi Eugene, Thanks for your honest feedback. Glad you enjoyed the thin crispy crust pizzas — that’s what we focus on getting right every time. We take your comment about the lasagna seriously. If it didn’t meet expectations, that’s on us, and we’ll review it immediately rather than keep something on the menu that’s not up to standard. We understand the heat can be uncomfortable, especially during warmer days. We’re working on improving that so dine-in is more comfortable year-round.
