Great family owned restaurant. Excellant rating from the health department. I had the Country Scramble with Hashbrowns. My coworker had the Joe's Scramble. Both were delicious, and the Hashbrowns were cooked perfectly. It was not very busy when we went, so we were able to chat with our polite server and learn about the history of the restaurant. It's been there, serving the community, for over 30 years, which is great to support. Check it out! Parking: There is a parking lot that it shares with other businesses. Seems like plenty of room, though. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

You are looking at your run of the mill basic breakfast foods. Expect long waits for service. They were quick to have you seated at a clean table but waiting for a server can take awhile. Its a cute hole in the wall type establishment. Ordered the Eggs Benedict, the chicken fried steak, (not pictured)Pancake combo, two coffees and two oranges. Came to about $80. Food was fairly decent. Chicken fried steak was pretty good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

This cozy place on Benson in Kent is a real gem! The breakfast we had today was excellent. When we lived on the North side of Lake Washington, we'd visit Maltby Cafe, a nationally recognized excellent place for breakfasts. So our standards are defined by years there (and it was a lot better before the pandemic times). Mary's Fine Foods, though, is even better than Maltby Cafe was in its glory days. I can't give a higher compliment.
