Incredibly juicy and tender meat and the bread was excellent on my torta it was great. The owner is a nice guy to talk to while waiting for your order too. Probably the best taco truck we have found in Pullman thus far. Service is a little slow but we liked the food. The tortillas are made by hand and we like the asada and pastor (which is more like adobada). Mary is kind and they keep a steady supply of Mexican Coca Cola which is always a plus. Salsas are also pretty good. And be sure to ask for cebollitas (grilled onions) with your tacos. By Pullman standards this is probably the best here so 5 stars. This is the worst Mexican food truck I have EVER been too. My husband waited over 30 minutes for rice in our cardne asada burritos and there was like one tablespoon of it in there along with 75% lettuce in the burritos. It was very clear they were prioritizing door dash orders and they had an employee sitting at the tables they provided smoking cigarette after cigarette. When you go to check out their card terminals are only in Spanish and it tries to automatically force you to pay a tip. I do not understand why every Mexican place in Pullman is so bland and whitewashed, this one is the worst by far. There is no authenticity to their food and they only care to push out doordash orders. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
