Chinatown es un añadido perfecto a la impresión que te va a dejar este restaurante. Ma's Kitchen es una elección muy buena si lo que te apetece es cocina china. En este lugar, sus comensales pueden tomar un generoso salteado de pollo, unas atrayentes sopas de fideos y unas caseras chuletas de cerdo. No pierdas la oportunidad de probar su estupendo té.

First time to try and order food in this restaurant. We are standing in front of the ordering area for more than 30 minutes, waitinf for our order to be taken. Apparently, both guys in the kitchen are busy cooking. Funny thing is they don’t look at who the customers are waiting to be served. Not even one eye to eye contact.

After more than 30 mins, asked of the guys if they are still getting orders. This is about 630pm. Note that they close around 10pm.

Again, after 10 mins, nobody has approached us. We asked again of they are still getting order. The guy (might be the owner) blurted out saying no more order and this is in aloud voice. We asked him on why he immediately inform us that he is not taking orders anymore. Informed that we were standing in front of him, but we were told nothing. His reply was: “I never asked you to wait.” He also cursed us, saying… “F@€k Y@u. I confronted him about what he said. I could see that both of his cheek were trembling, and seems terrified.

GUYS, PLEASE DO. OT EAT IN THIS RESTAURANT. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE THE STUPIDEST, MOST RUDE PEOPLE YOU WILL ENCOUNTER. THE FOOD MAY TASTE GOOD (NOT SURE ABOUT THAT), BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST.

The centre management should do something about it.

Worst experience. Love Chinatown and it's dining offerings (10+ years) but wanted a refund from Ma's Kitchen as seafood, veg and rice combo (number 15) was nothing like the photo and was green shlop. The man at the counter started yelling profanities at me explaining the nice photo was different from the actual food because it had to be served quickly. When I told him I was a cancer patient and just wanted to eat well (I even showed him my chemo affected follicles.) He replied "I don't give a f-k about your cancer. Now you f-k off!!!" If you are or know someone impacted by cancer, please share and do not buy from this place.
