Thank you very much for your kind words about our team and the ambiance at Terra Restaurant. We’re truly pleased to know you found our staff warm and attentive, and that you enjoyed the setting. We’re sorry to hear, however, that your dining experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify that our Food & Beverage Manager was in direct communication with you prior to your visit. On two separate occasions, it was explained via email that while we do not currently offer a dedicated vegan menu, we would be happy to modify select dishes from our existing à la carte offering to accommodate dietary preferences. It was also mentioned that we would not be able to create entirely new dishes beyond what is on our menu. Your party chose to proceed with the reservation following this correspondence, and we made every effort on the evening to adapt our dishes accordingly. We regret that the result did not feel satisfying or representative of the culinary experience you were hoping for. Your feedback is appreciated and will certainly be considered as we continue refining our menus and guest offerings. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts!
