Me and some friends went for lunch and we all ordered appetizers and pasta . The pasta was very bland and we asked if there was anything that could be done. They didn’t even try to accommodate us or offer us another item on the menu. They told us we can get something else but still would have to pay for the pasta we didn’t eat . And to top it off we leaving out and a police officer coming in looking for us after we done paid . I offered to pay for everything i had eaten! But what I wasn't paying for is something I didn't eat. Pasta was bland ! the only thing they offered to do was add seasoning on top and box it up ! They never offered to exchange it for another item on the menu because "Once we make food we can't just take it back and give you something else you would still have to pay for the pasta on top of whatever else you get". Customer service just sucks all around ! And you guys mentioned calling the police and I did say “i can call them for you”. Mind you I never called I just paid and called it a day. We paid and made our way to the door and low and behold like mentioned above a cop walked in asking "Is that them? Did they pay?" And the hostess had nerve to ask if we left a tip, LOL. If I/we had no intentions on paying we would have left without bringing the issue to you guys in hopes and regards that something besides throwing seasoning on top would be done; If I wanted a meal like that I would've went and bought a TV dinner! Food was so nasty we left everything on the table. Paid and left EVERYTHING. Only thing that was edible was the spinach dip, salad, and boudin ball (somewhat). And if the food was made so fresh to order why was it cold ? OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE . Do this look like it was eaten ? A whole bowl left at the table ! Why would I pay for something that was nasty and I didn’t eat ? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ma’am we offered to fix your dishes and you did not want anything else, you still wanted everything to be free even after you ate the apps and did not complain about those. This will be my last time visiting Mason's Grill. Why? How is it you order food and it's NOT FRESH? I got the Mason Plate, and the etouffee tasted watery- as if they took it out the refrigerator from the day before and added water to spare it to be served to customer's just to get rid of it. And, the bake potatoe was luke-warm like it was sitting for some time. I asked for a fresh potato, and got another potato that looked just the same but heated up from the microwave... Sad case Boss Fresh potatoes look white and have steam come from it if it's fresh, and haven't been sitting for a period of time. I truly know what fresh taste like. So, I wouldn't visit this place again knowing that they operate like this, and I've never had bad food like this before. But, hey, a lesson learned from being a hungry soul... I guess today wasn't the day to go out to eat at Mason's Grill, could have cooked a meal and saved money from being wasted on stale food Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Let's start with the service. We were seated right away thinking we were going to be served right away. Wrong. We waited about 15 minutes with our menus closed and some girl stumbling in from last night... So it seems ...tried to take our drink order but seemed to be very confused. Then another girl comes to take our order and no one seemed to get it right so they had to ask again. We finally get water without our drinks.

The second girl comes to take our order. I ordered two eggs over medium with hashbrowns or potatoes and bacon well done. I also ordered one pancake. The order comes out and my husband's order was correct and it was hot. My order comes out the pancake was not cooked all the way and very mushy and the eggs had runny whites & bacon was limp It took about another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back by this time. My husband was finished eating and my order wasn't even put in yet. Then the manager comes out with my order. Again, Runny Whites The manager, then proceeds to argue with me asking me if I want well done eggs. By this time my husband was finished eating and I was done. The manager walked away plate in hand without saying a word or offering another option The waitress didn't even have the nerve to bring us the check for what my husband ate. Someone else... A fourth person ...had to come out and bring us the check because they were too scared to deal with me.

I've only been to Mason's a couple of times. It is now guaranteed that I will never ever return.

Number one rule in customer service... You do not argue with the customer..... EVER!!

Done and Done!!!
