My first time here was not great at all. I got singled out for not having VIP and was told to go to the back of the GA line even though I have GA. So I asked the people behind me if they had VIP and they said no so I stayed where I was. She then told me to move to the back and that she knew who had VIP and who didn’t. So I moved to the back like I was told. They let VIPs in and then only GA was left and I was still at the back of a long line. I was waiting here for at least 4 hours to be first in line only to end up in the back. I asked her why she singled us out and why we can’t move to the front. All she said was that we will all get in at the same time. I waited twice the time the people in front of us. She said her name was Ash and she was very rude and disrespectful and didn't seem like she was in the wrong at all. Would not go back. Ash (if that’s even her name) put me in a very bad mood for the concert I couldn’t even enjoy it. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
