Good morning Mrs Francesca, we remember very well the evening you are talking about as the following morning many of our guests who were staying complained about the noise that the …Good morning Mrs Francesca, we remember very well the evening you are talking about as the following morning many of our guests who were staying complained about the noise that the children, moving away from the restaurant area and chasing each other, were making near their rooms. As regards the children's menu, you were asked when to serve it because some of them were tasting the starters. Since it is not our custom, we really don't believe we invited you and repeated several times (at 11.00 pm) to leave the location even though dinner was not finished. We wonder why all these complaints were not raised with us at the time even though other participants in the ceremony thanked us for the pleasant evening. More
