I don't dislike Matsuya, but this store doesn't have a clean feel overall. (Maybe it can't be helped that the flies fly around, but I don't like it when there are 3 or more of them.) The meat in the beef bowl was dry, the rice wasn't cooked well (there were lumps), and the food was clean. The staff was not very enthusiastic and I thought the store was established only by the location and the Matsuya signboard. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
