Went to Matty's for the first time because they had good reviews, especially for the wings. Unfortunately they were lies in my opinion. First off, the food was not that good. When we walked in, the atmosphere seemed negative, like the employees didn't want to be there. We had to wait 20 minutes just to put our order in for dinner and drinks. When our food did finally arrive our wings were cold and dry. Our server/bartender was very inattentive, not sure if he was the owner because his name was Matty, given that your in the business is to make your customers happy and give them great service (food and drinks), but the exact opposite happened. How are you in that type of business and treat people like that is beyond me. I had went there with a few friends to show them a good time, but it was far from that, very disappointed in every aspect. In closing, which really made me the most upset was that one of my friends is disabled, and they (our server) made derogatory comments toward them, which I cannot repeat in this review out of respect for all people that have some sort of disability. Everybody deserves to be treated with respect. I hope Matty's can change the way they operate their business because right now they are very disrespectful to everyone with any disability or anybody.
