Known problems with express stations where order and payment can "disappear" even if it is deducted from the card. Means that you pay twice if you want food! Have been in contact 2 times in just over a week and have not yet received the double payment back. The food was NOT good, carelessly put together, something was missing. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Really bad, the whole visit puts me off ever eating at any Max "restaurant" again. After you get past a dirty entrance with rubbish lying here and there, the easiest way to get to the "quick checkout", the digital screen, to order food as it is very difficult to order at the till due to a lack of customer service and interest on the part of the staff. Printing my order of almost SEK 400 into the machine. It gives an information box that the order didn't go through, but the payment did. The staff at the till replied rudely that the money will be returned within a week and that this is a common problem. Had to pay again. So I have spent SEK 800 for three menus. Over a week has passed and no funds are available. After a lot of fussing and arguing with the Stockholm head office, I get the answer that "this happens often, just wait a bit". My money is still gone. The food was under all criticism where you forgot any kind of sauce and the burger is dry and boring with a whole half ring of onion under the bread.. The fries were so salty that you had a stomach ache for the rest of the day. Really bad food, really bad customer service and really expensive. I will never come here again, not to any other Max either. So ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION!!! If you want to keep some of the salary, DO NOT GO TO THE MAX!! I also have a friend who worked at max and told me about how the food is moldy in boxes and these pieces are just cut away. Really dirty and disgusting. Thumbs down!
