Not one to leave bad reviews but this was outrageous . Ordered once on the website , hour later called and they said order had not gone through . Then ordered again on the phone - they stated it would be on the way in 15 minutes. Then I waited another hour . Still no food . Called multiple times throughout to ask how long the driver will be , stated a few minutes. Cancelled my order. Won’t be ordering again. Very disappointed with the service and was patient throughout. Cannot be lying to the customer about how long the food will take when there’s a big group of people waiting . Went and checked and the store was closed - they were trying to send me pizza from the Thornton Heath branch which undoubtedly would have been cold considering it’s 20+mins away Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
