Ordered food specifically asked for no seafood yet again came with king prawns this is now the second time this has happened, called this evening to a very rude member of staff . Telling me to phone with the order if I have special requests as they have no control over the online order system. Very disappointed. If you have requirements best not to order Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had been a regular customer for a long time but in my most recent order, after a very long wait for delivery, my food was ice cold and when I called up to discuss the matter I found the customer service to be very unhelpful. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1

Calne’s takeaway options seem to be declining in quality. Jade House used to be one of the better choices, and we ordered from them many times without issues. However, the last two orders gave me severe food poisoning. At first, I wasn’t entirely sure, but now it’s clear. The food tastes stale, as if it’s been frozen for a long time. Even the chips seem like they were cooked days ago and just reheated. The rice has an old, musty taste, like it’s been sitting for 3–4 days. The curries are bland and weak, and I felt unwell after eating. I recommend avoiding this place—try somewhere else or cook at home. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
