I decided to try ordering for the first time here. I’ve tried a few Chinese places since moving to Royersford. I don’t know anything of the atmosphere because I did takeout. I do know that the service was prompt and ordering online was fairly easy. The food itself is pretty bland and just overall very tasteless. I ordered tofu generals. The tofu was nicely cooked in a nice size, but the sauce was awful. I could taste like a thicker. I’m probably cornstarch that wasn’t cooked out. There’s absolutely no flavor to it barely any color and and totally no spice. And when I say no spice, I mean, absolutely not a bit of spice. I had ordered fried noodles to go with some spicy mustard that would’ve been homemade, but I said I got a bag of prepackaged fried noodles What seems to be an out of the jar duck sauce, not the house mustard that I had ordered. I also ordered a couple of spring rolls and they were soggy and tasted like they were just regular frozen spring rolls. Nothing special nothing worth it. overall, I will not be ordering from them again your mileage may vary, for the first, only time here nothing is making me want to order ever again. Thank you!! I hadn't eaten Chinese food in a while and had forgotten how much I enjoyed it. I also forgot how scrumptious the food is at the Mayflower Spring City Chinese Restaurant!! Thank you for such an enjoyable meal!! It was a nice treat!
