My husband and I have been to this restaurant several times because we like Nepalese food. The reason why we choose Maya is not only the owner’s hospitality but also the scrumptious food. His curry is quite light and less oily than the other Nepalese restaurants we have tried so far. He said he uses organic ingredients, and I believe it makes a huge difference. We also love his wonderful sense of humor, bright personality, and delicious curry!
